4:40 p.m., by President Ricke. Quorum not present. |

President Ricke called this emergency meeting of the Governance Board to discuss recent meetings with members, seniority, postings, transfers, past practices, and possible next steps. The Education Minnesota Field Staff Representative and President Ricke will schedule a meeting with Mike Lovett and Dennis Peterson to discuss the posting process and teacher morale. This will also begin the grievance filing timeline. President Ricke will send out an e-mail to update MTA members.
