Keep a permanent record of minutes from the MTA
Governance Board meetings and of any correspondence received or sent.

Publish minutes of the MTA Governance Board meetings.

Serve as a standing member of the Election Committee, and
perform duties according to the MTA Election Policy.

Meet monthly with the Executive Officers.

Develop goals with the Executive Officers, to be
completed during the year.

Maintain roster lists of MTA Governance Board members.

Consult with the Membership Chair to ensure accurate
membership lists and counts for each building.

Maintain the MTA’s archives of records.
-
Know and use Robert’s Rules of Parliamentary Procedure.

Attend appropriate training/leadership conferences at the
UniServ, state, and national levels.
- Perform additional duties as deemed
necessary or as assigned by the MTA Governance Board and/or the
President.
